Ivana Pais is Associate Professor in Economic Sociology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. David Stark is Professor of Social Science at the University of Warwick and Arthur Lehman Professor of Sociology at Columbia University, where he directs the Center on Organizational Innovation.
